What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember what you did last time, such as which room you looked at or whether you have already accepted this message. Cookies do not run programs and cannot access files on your computer.
Cookies we set ourselves
These cookies are needed to keep the site working and are set when you arrive.
- Session cookie: keeps your booking form data together while you move between pages.
- Consent cookie: remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. It stays for twelve months.
- Language cookie: stores the language you chose so the site does not reset it on every visit.
Analytics and third-party cookies
If you accept analytics, we use a web analytics service to see which pages guests visit and where they leave. The data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. We do not allow advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to anyone.
- Search and booking widgets placed on our pages may set their own cookies. Their policies are on their own sites.
- Embedded maps use Google cookies once you scroll them into view or tap them.
- Fonts loaded from a public font service may log your IP address when the page loads.
Managing your preferences
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner on our homepage. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and reloading the page, or by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies altogether.
Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the booking process from working. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at cleramo@hotmail.com or write to 125 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
