Booking and payment
These terms apply to every booking made with Cleramo Hospitality Group Pty Ltd at our Perth property. By confirming a reservation, you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling with you.
A deposit equal to one night's rate confirms the booking. The balance is charged at check-out unless your rate states otherwise. We accept major cards, bank transfer and cash in Australian dollars. Card surcharges are shown at the desk before you pay.
- Rates are quoted per room per night and include GST.
- The rate you booked is held, even if prices change later.
- Guests under eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
- Photo identification is required at check-in.
Check-in, check-out and the room
Check-in opens at 2pm and check-out is at 11am. Early arrival and late departure depend on the day's bookings and may carry a charge. The room is yours for the dates confirmed, and we may move you to a room of equal or higher standard if maintenance requires it.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel more than seventy-two hours before arrival and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside that window, the deposit is held as credit for a future stay within twelve months. No-shows are charged the first night's rate.
- Group bookings of six rooms or more follow a separate schedule given at confirmation.
- Event and wedding bookings follow the cancellation terms in the signed event agreement.
- Peak periods such as New Year's Eve may carry a longer notice period, stated in your confirmation email.
Guest conduct and house rules
We keep the hotel quiet after 10pm. Loud parties, smoking in rooms, and unregistered guests overnight are not allowed. Damage to rooms, furniture or equipment is charged at repair cost. Pets are welcome under ten kilograms for a cleaning fee, but must not be left alone in the room.
Events and private functions
Event bookings are confirmed only on a signed agreement and deposit. Final guest numbers are due fourteen days before the event. We reserve the right to move an event between rooms if weather or safety requires it.
Liability and company details
Cleramo Hospitality Group Pty Ltd holds public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, personal injury caused by guests ignoring safety advice, or delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian consumer law.
