One wedding per day. That is the rule. The ballroom, the terrace and the garden are yours from midday until midnight, with a planner who runs the timing so you only have to stand up when the music starts.

What the wedding package covers

You get the space, the food, the drinks and the people who make it work. Our in-house kitchen handles a five-course menu, the bar runs on a set package so guests never open a wallet, and a planner stays with you from the first email to the last dance.

Twenty years of getting the timing right

Cleramo hosted its first wedding in 2005 and has run the ballroom ever since. Our events team of eleven stays through every function, and the head chef has cooked for more than eight hundred receptions. When something runs long on the dance floor, we know how to pull dinner back two minutes without anyone noticing.

Our process

How we plan your wedding

Six stages between the first walk-through and the morning after. Each one has a named contact and a deadline attached.

  1. First walk-through

    You visit the garden, ballroom and bridal suite with a planner, who listens more than talks and takes notes on what matters to you.

  2. Hold the date

    A deposit locks the day. We send a written summary of the package and everything included before you sign.

  3. Design the menu

    A tasting session for up to four people, held six weeks before the wedding, settles the courses and the wine list.

  4. Build the run sheet

    Your planner drafts the timeline for the ceremony, dinner, speeches and dancing, then sends it to everyone involved.

  5. Final walk-through

    Two weeks out, you meet your MC and the head chef, confirm numbers and hand over the seating plan and any personal touches.

  6. The day itself

    A planner, MC and floor team run the full day while you stay with your guests. Breakfast for the two of you is waiting the next morning.

No. Our kitchen prepares every meal on-site, which is how we keep the timing and the quality consistent across the day.

One. The garden, ballroom and terrace belong to a single couple for the entire day, from midday setup to midnight.

No. Rehearsals are free and we schedule them for the Thursday before the wedding, usually in the late afternoon.

The ceremony moves into the ballroom, and we set the room in two layouts so the switch takes fifteen minutes without guests noticing.

Yes. The tasting session includes six local wines, and you pick the ones you want, or ask the sommelier to build something new.

Of course. We host weddings for every couple, and the packages are identical regardless of who is getting married.
