What a harbour suite actually gives you
It is more than a room key. Every stay includes a stocked minibar, overnight shoe shine, valet parking and daily turndown with fresh linen. Housekeeping comes twice if you want it, and room service runs until two in the morning.

We have been hosting riverside stays for two decades
Cleramo opened its doors in 2004 with forty rooms facing the water. Over the years we rebuilt the tower, added a rooftop pool and trained a team that has stayed. Half of our concierge staff have been with us more than eight years, which is why they remember names and not room numbers.

How a harbour suite stay runs
Nothing here is improvised. Here is the order of events from the moment you call us to the morning you leave.

Tell us the dates
Send the dates and the number of guests. A concierge replies within two hours with what is open on the floor you want.

Choose the room
We send photos of each available suite, its outlook and the rate for your nights. No pressure to decide the same day.

Confirm the stay
A deposit holds the room. The rest is charged when you check out, and you can pay by card or bank transfer.

Plan the extras
Your concierge arranges airport pickup, restaurant tables and any spa appointments two days before you arrive.

Arrive and settle
You are met in the lounge, not at a desk. Keys, Wi-Fi and the room service menu are handed over in under ten minutes.

Departure morning
Breakfast arrives at the time you asked for, bags are collected and the car is waiting when you are ready.
