Usually Daniel, sometimes Marta. If the enquiry mentions a date in the next week we look at that first, before the paperwork on the desk.

Not a generic "we will be in touch". Either we have the room or the terrace for your dates, or we say we do not and tell you what is close by.

We hold it for 48 hours
No card details at this stage. Two days is usually enough time to sort flights or get an answer out of whoever signs the paperwork.

The desk is staffed from six in the morning until eleven at night, seven days. Outside those hours the phone diverts to whoever is on call, and yes, a person actually answers it.
